Mr. Gonzalez is a Professional Engineer with Rochon Engineering Corporation. He completed his Bachelor of Applied Science at the University of Toronto, in Civil Engineering with the Collaborative Program in Environmental Engineering. Mr. Gonzalez specializes in the remediation of petroleum hydrocarbon contaminated sites by ensuring compliance with the Ministry of the Environment regulatory Standards. Mr. Gonzalez has been trained in Environmental Regulation and Compliance as well as Contaminated Soil and Groundwater Chemistry Assessment and Remediation amongst other courses, including up-and-coming MOE Regulation changes.

Mr. Gonzalez’s background in Civil Engineering can also provide an initial structural assessment of the loss location in order to ensure prompt progress of the remediation of contaminated sites, hence reducing any possible liabilities due to off-site migration of contaminants. Mr. Gonzalez’s knowledge of Environmental Risk Assessment and Environmental Health and Safety can provide an appropriate remediation plan that best suits the level and type of contamination. Mr. Gonzalez has directed many successful fuel oil contamination remediation programs, some with the integration of bioremediation procedures at fuel oil contaminated sites. Mr. Gonzalez’s experience in the use of microbiological enzymes ensures compliance with the Ministry of the Environment regulatory Standards.
