Mr. Lazarek is a Senior Metallurgical/Materials Engineer at Rochon Engineering Corporation. He received a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Lodz, Poland, specializing in heat treatment process planning. In addition to his Bachelor Degree, Mr. Lazarek has completed courses in the “Principles of Failure Analysis”, as well as, the “Introduction to Electron Micrscopy” at McMaster University, Hamilton, Ontario.

Prior to joining Rochon Engineering, Mr. Lazarek most recently worked with Acuren Group Inc. as a Senior Metallurgical Engineer and earlier as a Supervisor in Mechanical and Metallurgical Testing; Triodem–Acuren as a Metallurgist; as well as with Derlan/Northstar Aerospace Canada as a Metallurgical Laboratory Technician.

Mr. Lazarek possesses a very strong background in heat treatment, metallurgical laboratory and failure analysis. His professional specialties include the ability to deal with many aspects of quality assurance, production support, and customer service.
