Mr. D’Ornellas is a Professional Engineer with Rochon Engineering Corporation.  He received his Bachelor of Engineering and Management from McMaster University and specialized in Electrical Engineering.  Mr. D’Ornellas specializes in fire and explosion investigations, electrical failure investigations, evaluation of electrical and mechanical systems and equipment, evaluation of fire and security alarm systems, and Fire and Safety Code consulting.  Mr. D'Ornellas has completed various courses relevant to his areas of expertise.  Mr. D'Ornellas has conducted over 600 fire and explosion investigations and has testified numerous times as an expert witness at the Provincial Court level in Ontario.
