Mr. Bayley is a professional engineer with Rochon Engineering Corporation. He completed his Baccalaureate of Engineering, in Materials Science and Engineering, at McMaster University. Mr. Bayley specializes in motor vehicle accident reconstructions, personal injury, and failure analysis. Mr. Bayley has developed skills in computer-aided accident simulations and animations, bodily injury severity investigations, and code consulting by completing relevant courses and through practical experience. Mr. Bayley has been trained at the renowned Institute of Police Technology and Management, the Society of Automotive Engineers and the Collision Safety Institute. Mr. Bayley has been qualified and has testified as an expert witness for the Superior Court of Justice in Hamilton, Ontario.
