Barry Kozluk

 


Mr. Kozluk, of Rochon Engineering Corporation, specializes in structural, geotechnical, environmental, and building science engineering. He graduated from the University of Toronto with a Degree in Civil Engineering and is licensed to practice Civil/Structural, Geotechnical, Environmental and Building Science in the Province of Ontario. Mr. Kozluk’s specialty is conducting forensic investigation into structural failures and assessing damage caused by fires, explosion, vibration, ground movement, wind and snow load, vehicle impact and water infiltration. Prior to becoming a consulting engineer, Mr. Kozluk had worked for Ellis-Don Construction, Trexcon Limited, and the City of Oshawa. Prior to Rochon Engineering he was the senior consultant on several large scale projects including the Orangeville Hospital, Whitby Psychiatric Hospital, Princess Margaret Hospital, IBM Training School and North York School for the Arts. He has recently lectured on structural engineering issues and has been qualified as an expert witness in the Provincial Court of Ontario. Mr. Kozluk is a qualified designer with the Ontario Building Code and holds a BCIN with the Ontario Ministry of Housing
