Court Experience

The professionals in our firm have obtained valuable insight as expert witnesses at all court levels, including the Supreme Court of Ontario. We have fulfilled these responsibilities successfully and continue to approach every court case with assiduous preparation. It has been our experience that an effective court appearance depends upon a thoroughly considered and corroborated technical assessment. Accordingly, we perform and document our investigations with the knowledge that a court action may ensue.

Note that this is only a sample of court cases that we have attended.  We have also served as expert witnesses in several juried trials, where the decisions are not published, as well as trials that have settled out-of-court prior to the completion of the trial.
